1. Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

2. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Destinyincofficial UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Oskar-Maria-Graf-Ring 35, 81737 Munich, Germany, E-Mail: destiny@destinyinc.eu) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Returns can only be sent to the following address: Transporte Bauer GmbH, Gruckingerstr. 7, 85461 Bockhorn, Germany.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, amounting to €300.00 per pallet or €25.00 per package.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

4. General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
