Your data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We only share your data with third parties if:

5. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small text files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device when you visit our website. Information is stored in the cookie that relates to the specific device used. However, this does not mean that we gain direct knowledge of your identity. These cookies are set as so-called first-party cookies ("our own cookies") or third-party cookies ("third-party cookies"). First-party cookies are set by the website you are currently visiting and are not accessible across domains by browsers. A third-party cookie, on the other hand, is set by a third party, i.e., not by the actual website you are currently visiting. Cookies are also distinguished as technically necessary and technically unnecessary. Both technically necessary and technically unnecessary cookies are set on our website in accordance with the following paragraphs.

Technically necessary cookies are essential for the operation of our website and, for example, enable certain functions to be used in the first place. These technically necessary cookies, which are only required and set for the individual necessary online session, are automatically deleted after you leave our website.

If you have given your consent, we use so-called non-essential cookies on our website. These cookies primarily serve to analyze website usage and user behavior, compile reports on visitor activity, and provide other services related to website use. The non-essential cookies we use are explained in our cookie banner with regard to their function, duration, and potential third-party recipients of the data. If certain third-party providers we use set cookies as part of their services, this will be specifically mentioned in our privacy policy. The legal basis for the use of non-essential cookies is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, provided you have given your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Furthermore, you can configure the setting of cookies at any time. For example, you can configure your browser to notify you before setting cookies or to block cookies entirely.

Our website uses Java applets and JavaScript. If you wish to disable these programs or active content for security reasons, you should adjust the corresponding setting in your browser.

6. Online marketing/analysis tools

Through statistical analysis via online marketing measures, we aim to tailor our website to your needs and continuously adapt and optimize its use for you, our user. Unless otherwise stated below, the use of our online marketing and tracking measures is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. If your data is transferred to the USA, this is done on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 49 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. Furthermore, the relevant service providers have committed to us, within the framework of a standard contractual clause, that a level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU is guaranteed in third countries outside the EU to which data is exported.

Google Analytics

Provided you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). This includes the use of "Universal Analytics," which allows data, sessions, and interactions across multiple devices to be assigned to a pseudonymous user ID, thus enabling the analysis of a user's activities across devices. Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Please note that Google Analytics has been extended on this website to include IP anonymization in order to ensure the anonymized collection of IP addresses (IP masking). The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at (https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and https://policies.google.com/?hl=de). On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

Data we send, linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g., user ID), or advertising IDs, is automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has expired is automatically deleted once a month.

Further information on the terms of use and data protection of Google Analytics can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and at http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html.

You can prevent the installation and storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to fully utilize all the functions of this website.

Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking the following link. This will set an opt-out cookie that prevents the future collection of your data when you visit this website: Disable Google Analytics. The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you will need to set the opt-out cookie again.

Google Ads / Conversion Tracking

We also use the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, within the framework of Google Ads, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google. When you click on an ad served by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is placed on your device. These cookies expire after 30 days, do not contain any personally identifiable information, and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked across websites of different Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Here, customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies from the domain "googleadservices.com" through a corresponding setting in your browser software (opt-out option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/ and http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating advertisements from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google AdSense uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google AdSense also uses web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons allow information such as visitor traffic on these pages to be evaluated. The information generated by cookies and web beacons about your use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This information may be transferred by Google to Google's contractual partners. However, Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager allows you to manage website tags through a single interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personally identifiable information. The tool triggers other tags, which may in turn collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If you have disabled tracking at the domain or cookie level, this setting will remain in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. Further information about Google Tag Manager can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html
